KitchenFM is a turnkey service, including free consultation and kitchen design with first class project management of installation and commissioning. Once the equipment is in place, your kitchen estate will be maintained by us for life all for a simple off balance sheet monthly outsource payment.

A fully inclusive offer, KitchenFM encompasses full maintenance and servicing, including JACK (joint Approach to Commercial kitchens) our simple, easy to use touch screen allowing constant communication between you and the PKL Technical Support Team. JACK also provides ongoing staff training on equipment use, best practice, cleaning, health and safety guidelines and procedures and has a simple fault finding programme to eliminate user error.

All critical replacement equipment parts are also held securely on site within JACK, drastically reducing equipment downtime and improving our first fix rate. It’s like having a fully trained chef, engineer and trainer in your kitchen.

KitchenFM works for existing installations, where we will buy back the equipment you already own, or new facilities where we will fund equipment purchases leaving you with no capital expenditure requirement.
