Tabs FM Ltd

Tabs FM represents a mature, user focused approach to Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software.

Our flexible portfolio of modules, web extensions, mobile systems (with ‘Push-to-Talk’ technology) and additional services, ensure that we offer effective management and communication software solutions for a diverse range of clients.

With over 18 years experience and collaboration in this rapidly developing field, our industry knowledge ensures the provision of a complete software solution for both internal Facilities /Estates Management and also for Commercial providers of FM Services to multiple clients.

With an intelligent system architecture, Tabs flexible modular design utilises state of the art Microsoft technology to support deployment as either a PC based/Citrix or Web Based application. Companies like Microsoft are promoting the concept of software as a service (SaaS) and this hosted approach may suit many clients, viewing their system as a revenue rather than a CAPEX item.

Time, performance and efficiency are key drivers for our clients and the advanced development of our mobile solutions helps them keep on track with increasingly demanding targets to meet. Our recent inclusion of Push to Talk and tracking technology further enhances our product to improve communication and reduce costs.

With over 500 standard reports across 40 integrated modules covering all aspects of property maintenance, safety and resource management, it’s easy to see why Tabs FM is the chosen software provider for our clients.

System Sensor Europe

System Sensor Europe has introduced an updated conventional zone interface module, the M210E-CZR, designed for use in addressable fire systems to enable a zone of conventional two-wire detectors to be managed by the control panel via a single module address on a loop.

The module enables conventional intrinsically safe detectors to interface with an addressable system, a typical installation methodology in well-defined locations such as separate machinery rooms and boiler houses, where knowing the individual detector address is not necessarily important. In addition to this core functionality, when existing conventional systems are being replaced and upgraded with a new addressable system, the M210E-CZR allows an existing conventional zone to be interfaced to the addressable system, enabling it to be installed in stages without loss of protection.

In common with other System Sensor modules, the unit can be housed in a stand-alone enclosure or mounted on a standard 35mm DIN rail. The module operates over a wide 12 to 28.5VDC voltage range and limits the zone current to a maximum of 60mA. The power for the conventional detector zone can be supplied from an external power supply or from the analogue loop. The M210E-CZR can also be used to interface System Sensor’s conventional beam detector to addressable control panels.

System Sensor Europe

As close control air conditioning systems for computer and IT rooms and air conditioning systems for personal spaces become increasingly common throughout Europe, the risk of fire or smoke spreading through the duct systems they use to transfer the warm and cold air increases. System Sensor Europe has developed new detectors to provide specific fire protection for the square and circular air conditioning ducts that form part of such systems.

The new range of InnovairFlex™ range Duct detectors consist of conventional and addressable versions. The addressable version uses the Series 200 Advanced optical detector and the conventional the Series 300 optical detector. Both ranges offer class-leading false alarm rejection through a combination of advanced hardware and software engineering. The unique air management design of the sensor cover allows the units to monitor ducts with air velocities ranging from 100 to 4000 ft/min without an increased false alarm risk. Both versions can be fitted with a module to control ancillary equipment; the module is mounted in the unit, saving the cost of an additional conduit box and extra wiring.

Uniquely, the housing is made up of two interconnected sections that are hinged together, allowing them to be installed in rectangular or square configurations to suit the space available.

To simplify installation, the air sampling tubes can be installed, replaced or removed from either the front or the rear of the unit with a large termination area giving plenty of room for cables.

InnovairFlex has a very wide operating temperature and humidity range, allowing the units to be installed in aggressive environments such as machine rooms, roof voids and other spaces where the temperature and humidity excursions are likely to be extreme.

Syneco Limited

The world’s brightest tubular daylight device. As the world-renowned innovator of the modern tubular skylight, Solarspot® provides a compelling alternative to artificial lighting, bringing the benefits of natural daylight to both new and existing buildings, while at the same time, significantly reducing energy costs and consumption. And following constant investment and development, we still set the standard – with the most efficient system on the market. Only Solarspot uses RIR® dome technology to funnel light into the top of the tube as well as redirecting light that hits the dome from lower angles. This could mean twice as much light entering the top of the tube than on any other system. Using the most reflective tube material in the world, Vegalux® (99.7% reflective), no other system will deliver as much light. And even though some competitor systems boast figures of up to 98%, in a typical installation, this could mean that 30% of the light is lost, compared to around 6% in a Solarspot. A Solarspot is the most efficient way to move light through a pipe, and that’s why it’s the world’s leading tubular daylight device. Surefire

Surefire Services has established its position during the past 30 years as leaders in the high quality design, engineering, installation and maintenance of fire protection systems, we now play a leading edge role in tackling the new challenges of our third decade in the business.

Our approach is based on novel fire detection and fire suppression techniques using technological innovations that facilitate earlier detection, more precise warning, more sensitive response and more localised action. Conforming to British Standard Specifications, our systems offer wide flexibility of installation, high standards of performance and safety to personnel.

Every project is custom designed and engineered to match precisely its particular requirements utilising the equipment and methods most suited to the application. In all applications we will continue to offer customers the peace of mind and assurance that comes with professionally designed, advanced fire protection technology developed to meet the tougher commercial and environmental challenges envisaged in the twenty first century.

Although capable of protecting any location or installation, our expertise is particularly relevant to ‘clean room‘ situations housing high value, high risk equipment such as computers, telecommunications and other EDP installations where special conditions prevail and where the effects of a fire could be particularly disastrous.
