MHA Lighting
manufacturer of LED lighting solutions
MHA Lighting
MHA Lighting is an award-winning lighting manufacturer based in Greater Manchester that provides a range of solutions to the commercial and industrial sectors.
MHA Lighting is the only known LED lighting manufacturer to shine light sideways into encapsulation – avoiding direct contact with the eye and providing a safe and efficient light output.
We also use acrylic rods and waveguide technology to focus and control the light output, reducing the number of LEDs required. Using Rod With Holes technology means we can use high power LEDs, draw less current and have no need to diffuse the output.
It also enables light to be emitted uniformly out of an optic with directional control to a specific task area.
This patented waveguide technology offers distinct advantages over other LED manufacturers as it allows us to replicate the light quality and uniformity of traditional lighting. This enables MHA to offer all the benefits of LED lighting without compromising on light quality.
LEDs are currently used as the light source for our technology due to their high performance and low energy use characteristics.
Combining waveguide technology with LED light sources has provided MHA with a unique offering in the LED lighting market.
We constantly exceed our customers’ expectations and are truly shaping the future of lighting technology.
Our expert team can offer a bespoke or retrofit lighting solution for every application and are available to answer any questions you may have about our patented technology.

MEIKO DELIVERS SOLUTIONS THAT INCLUDE THE BEST MANUFACTURED WAREWASHING EQUIPMENT IN THE WORLD
Whether a customer requires Meiko’s smallest or largest product, Meiko pursues a policy of working closely with its clients, understanding their warewashing needs and designing the most practical and professional solution.
In most instances, this solution is delivered from Meiko’s standard product range. Bespoke systems, when required, are designed and tailored around our customer’s specific requirements.
Although the wash-up appliance forms the core of the system, many other aspects of the overall design solution require consideration.
Critical areas such as ergonomic working practice, energy and water management, water treatment, the handling and treatment of food waste and the reduction of detergent consumption ensure that our clients have the optimum warewashing solution that fits within their budget.
To reduce the risk of faults and to ensure that the equipment as a whole performs to the utmost efficiency, the design of services, technical back up and maintenance procedures are individually assessed for each client, minimising the risk of breakdown or poor washing performance.
The Meiko UK team are involved in projects from the initial meeting and submission of project-specific designs through to system manufacture, installation and on-going service back up.
Meiko project managers work closely with consultants and project design teams to provide valuable input on technical and logistical issues, ensuring trouble-free installation of even the most complex of warewashing schemes.
